Detached house fully air conditioned 117m²composed of 4 bedrooms with garden of 650m². Situated 300m from the city center, in a residential area, at 10 kms from the sea.
Shared pool 15m * 8m!fenced garden with parking. food shop 300m, supermarket 5 km, bakery 300m, sandy beach 10 km
Attractions nearby: St. Tropez 15kms, 10kms azure park, Aquatica 1kms
House 5 pieces, spacious and bright, comfortable and nice furnishings. large living / dining room with TV ultra HD 4K curve. Exit to the garden and the covered terrace with barbecue weber gas. WC with washing machine and a bedroom with bathroom consisting of a large bed (160cm), shower!
kitchen consisting of oven, dishwasher, 3 hot plates, microwave oven, fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and coffee maker, toaster.
On the upper floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180cms) dressing room and private bathroom with shower.

Superb villa

The villa was better than expected. It had everything we wanted. The location was excellent, in easy reach of St Tropez, the beaches and villages. Would thoroughly recommend. Sebastian was excellent.

Très belle maison, avec une super piscine

Nous avons passé une super semaine. La maison est idéalement située entre le lavandou et st tropez, Proche des commodités à cogolin (10 min de voiture). 4 belles chambres toutes climatisées dont 2 suite parentale. La piscine est de dimension idéale et à l’abri des regards ! Le propriétaire est très sympa et a été très réactif et a répondu à toutes nos questions
