“This place is amazing. It’s not an older property that’s been refreshed, they tore it down to the studs and recreated a 50’s motel. It’s all fresh and very clean with modern touches. Beautiful drive in and out. Friendly owners and staff. Absolute gem.”

“I already was familiar with the location as I lived in the area for over 20 years. The hostess Andra was amazing - fresh baked muffins, she was available when needed for any needs- even provided me with microwave popcorn! The location is right on Great Bay, lovely views - and amazing gardens surrounding the location. The bed was extremely comfortable (major in my mind) and the decor induces relaxation. If stairs are an issue, you may need to consider this in your decision. That said I……

“This property was absolutely beautiful, the room was incredibly clean, and everything was perfect. The whole experience was relaxing and the prefect setup for a work trip. I loved staying here and will 100% do it again. The coffee shop/restaurant that is in the same building is delightful. I had to extend my stay for a night and since the room wasn't booked all it took was a simple email. Can't recommend this place enough!!!”

“The retreat on Rogers was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed walking to downtown Dover for coffee at Breakaway Cafe in the mornings. It's a short drive to UNH. The space was clean and well designed - a great place to stay. Collin was great to communicate with and we were able to find everything that we needed. All is well at the Retreat on Rogers.”

“Such a fun experience for my family. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Because it's Maine in Sept, nights were in the high 40s, which was too cold for our infant. The staff brought us two space heaters for the night to keep us cosy. I plan to stay at another huttopia location in the future.”

“What an awesome mini apartment with everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to park, pubs, shops and places to eat. Street parking for extra cars was a plus (free after 9m) That said I wish listing stated it was on the top floor or that it was 27 steps upstairs. Honestly it was the only thing that could have been an issue because on person walks with a cane but we managed. I would definitely stay here again.”
