Nice hotel with patio view of Mt. Ararat. Nice buffet breakfast starting at 830. Not walkable to downtown but GG app is cheap for taxis. Pool not in use since it was Oct and cold but looked nice.

this hotel is far from republik square and shops.
breakfast is inadequate.
swimming pool is nice.
only 2 lift you end up waiting long time.
