Quarto com cheiro ruim, ar condicionado sujo barulhento, frigobar desligado ( a atendente mesmo sabendo disso há uns estão assim) e cobrou água- deveria dar de cortesia , sugeriu que pedisse madrugada ( imagina dormindo esperar pessoa subir, abrir porta) , não tem edredom , cama mole. O café da manhã é muito bom

Entrada 11/12, saída 12/12, q 707. Atendimento normal, nada de especial pelo preço da diária! Na chegada, aprox. 18h, recepção com balcão direto no sol! Dia mto quente, 40°C externo. Seria necessário no mínimo uma película nos vidros da frente. Não dava para perceber a eficiência do cond. ar na recepção. Garagem grátis! Café da manhã as 8:30h, mto bom em opções, mas o local estava com luzes apagadas, cond. ar desligado, buffet em ambiente escuro, mto quente o ambiente todo. Não entendi o porquê! Economia da empresa ou falta de atenção dos funcionários? Recepção, ramal 9, não atendia apesar da minha insistência no dia 11/12 a noite, aprox. 09:30h; tive que ir pessoalmente à recepção para solicitar um simples travesseiro extra. Resumindo: Mto elevado o custo-benefício!
