Quiet, Peaceful, Reinvigorating
This condo was extremely quiet, just what I needed. The people in other condos were friendly, too. The condo is close to the lake and a short drive to downtown. The bed was super comfortable. The managers/owners were quick to communicate about small issues. Would definitely recommend it.

Great Place!
Awesome little place! Super clean which is a huge plus. Location is great as we had friends at the Islander so we were walking distance. Easy parking for boat and trailer. Perfect for my little family. Definitely would stay again. We have stayed in many places in Havasu and this has by far been a favorite!

Everything you need, super clean and convenient
My husband and our two sons stayed at this condo during the excessive heat wave this summer. Coming into the cool, clean, and accommodating condo after a long, hot, day on the river was heaven. Condo have everything you need!

The "Cool" Lake Condo
The experience with communication prior, during and at the end of our stay was phenomenal. The condo met every expectation with all necessities, and a HUGE plus was the communication and customer service with our property manager. Angela really cared about our experience. I travel often and notice things that are most important in returning to a location. This property, and experience is one that I will definitely return to and forward to family and friends. :)

Great Father's Day Weekend
We had a wonderful stay at this condo over Father's Day weekend...family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children ages 10 & 12). We've stayed at the Nautical Estates before and love the location. It's a short drive to Lake Havasu Marina launch ramp and London Bridge...very convenient. The condo was very neat and clean. Everything worked great (TVs, AC, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). It was also well stocked. Excellent communication with the owner, Angela. It was as described. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks Angela!

Great stay!!
Family of 4 adults stayed here for 3 nights. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable. Safe, gated community. Fully stocked with everything you may need. Walking distance to the boathouse restaurant. (Very good for food/drinks) close to the islander. Overall highly recommend!

Condo was nice, but there is a laundry list of things you can/cannot do. Along with the AC being locked at 70, If I am renting a place I would like to be comfortable the condo was so hot.

Great time, great location!
Angela the owner is great! EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION! She knew we were going to be there with our boys and sent us a list of local places to eat and even rated them kid friendly or expensive for us! We even meet some of the neighbors while there and they couldn’t be any nicer! Hoping to stay here again soon!

Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. So nice to have the attached garage. Nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the walking path around the island and having a restaurant/bar nearby is a real plus.

Family Comfort near the lake!
This rental was more then what we expected when we walked in the door! The location was perfect. Only a 5min drive to the London Bridge area and close to all the local amenities. All condo surrounding were quite, clean and felt very safe. Inside the home was perfect for our family needs. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Loved the large balcony and garage. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Definitely will be staying here again.

Home away from home
Great location, clean, comfortable, all you need in a home away from home. The neighbours were very friendly, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay at Lake Havasu. It’s a great area, loved the London Bridge walking trail along the water and shops.

This property is conveniently located. It's close to the London Bridge shops and restaurants and to the Lake Havasu Marina. The condo itself offers all the amenties you need for a comfortable stay. We'll be back next year.

The property was very clean and nice. It was in a great location (on the island). It was a perfect place for us to stay on our week vacation in Lake Havasu. Our kid also could not get enough of the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect havasu condo
Wife and I came out for a weekend and were lucky enough to stay at this property. Great communication with the owner. The property is just as described. The community was quiet even with it being a busy weekend. Small cafe walking distance for breakfast or shop prior to arrival and cook in the well stocked kitchen. Short 3 minute drive to the nautical. We had intentions of looking for property in Havasu but may end up just trying to stay here every time we head out. Will always attempt to stay here in the future.

Comfortable well maintained home to spend vacation
Property is on the island close to launch ramps and also close to shopping. Rooms are spacious. All amenities are provided by owners. Air conditioner works great during the hot summer months. Large patio off second floor great for entertaining during the cooler months of the year. We give it a 10 and are recommending it to our family and friends.

Location, location, location! Close to the Marina quiet community away from city traffic!
Angela is a dream to work with. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped for feeling at home! We kept our boat at the Marina which is 5 minutes away, a convenience we greatly appreciate - makes getting out on the Lake a breeze! From beginning to end our stay here was relaxing, fun and without complication - we would definitely do it again!

Perfect Boaters Central Location
A VERY clean and comfortable condo. Nice decor, well stocked. Even a Keurig coffee maker. Easy access to Marina, Nautical Resort & all nearby Havasu activities. Owner easy to deal with. We'll be back to visit again.

The owner Angela was great to work with. The house was just as described, it was kept very clean. There was everything there that we needed, from the kitchen items, bathroom items. I always bring that stuff with me, but didn't have to use it. The house was very well stocked up on things. Great place, very quiet. Definitely would stay here again!
