"Pleasantly surprised. Would stay here again. Worked well for Bama Family Weekend & getting to campus for events (including game, but only b/c we had game day parking pass.)"

"Home is as advertised. 13 family/friends stayed comfortably in home. It had all the amenities you need and has large kitchen table, large couch in TV room and two TVs in game room which allowed us to watch multiple football games at same time all while playing pool. Hosts responsive and location was in quiet neighborhood, close to campus and downtown. "
"We had a wonderful stay in Northport (Tuscaloosa). The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, set in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming. The location made it easy to get to the University of Alabama campus, which was a big plus.Stephanie was fantastic to work with—friendly, responsive, and made communication effortless from start to finish. You could tell she really cared about making our stay enjoyable. If you’re visiting Tuscaloosa, this is the perfect spot to stay. Five stars all the way."
"Beautiful home with a fantastic view! Check in was very easy and the house was very clean. The deck and outdoor tv were perfect to watch football after an Alabama game day win. Highly recommend!"

"Amazing place! Great view as soon as you open the door! Rooms are very spacious where several families can stay and not be on top of each other. Everything was decorated beautifully but still felt cozy. The host, Tanner, was very responsive and we will definitely book again! Thank you Tanner!"
"We stayed with our kids ages 2, 5 & 9. We drove to Tuscaloosa each day for a camp which was only a short drive across the bridge. The kids loved the bunk beds and indoor play area. They all slept through the night all week in the bunk beds, and they enjoyed the indoor play area every day! The only thing that would have made the stay even better was if the hot tub pricing was included with the rental price. It does state this on the listing so we were aware of the extra fee, but we were unsure if we’d use the hot tub or not for the week and you can’t add it on once you’re there. It would have been nice as an option to have already included and ready for us to use. Otherwise, the house was clean, lots of kitchen supplies were available and the neighborhood is in a nice, quiet area. Too shallow to swim off the dock area, but there are 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks to explore the private lake. We had a great stay!"

"This property was the perfect size and location for our family of four, traveling with our dog. Upon arrival, we did have some concerns over the condition that the previous guests had left the property, but our host was incredibly responsive. He offered to send over the cleaning crew and even sent some new cookware via Instacart. We really appreciated the excellent customer service. "
