This property is perfect for families and friends who want to get away for a relaxing holiday. This house is very spacious, a large kitchen and dining area, 5 bedrooms and 2 outdoor areas. The house is set up to accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, the house is air conditioned throughout, and fans in all bedrooms.

Cooee Bay is home to a beautiful beach with golden sands and crystal clear waters. It is a popular spot for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports.

Great house and location

Fantastic location. The house had everything you need. Great size which means you don't have to be on top of each other. Check in and check out was so easy. Communication was great! Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our family time at Lammermoor and it was made very special being able to all stay together at this property. It was large enough for us all but lacked a few essentials for a large group. If we have another family holiday, we would definitely stay again. It was close to the local beach and not far to drive to the local areas.
