"I want to be fair. this is a budget hotel. The main issue was the excessive street noise. we checked in and within 10 minutes checked out. If all you want is a bed with little expectation to sleep then this will work "

"Overall excellent. One of the best places to stay in Illocos Norte/Laog. My only complaint was that they charged me a ridiculous amount for towels. They provided one with a strand that was unraveling, and there was some small stains from makeup and light dirt from within the resort that easily washed out, and for this normal use they charged me twice what the towels costs at the local market. Shameful way to treat a tourist and not a good way to build a customer base."

"Our stay at the Balay Travelodge in Paoay was great. It was clean and the staff was polite and very helpful. There are lots of shops and food stalls near by, a market too for clothes! Thank you for making our stay wonderful! We will be coming back! "
