Beautiful Home WIFI, King size bed in every room.

This luxury home away from home is very modern but very cozy. Two story , three bedrooms. All bedrooms have a King beds, you'll have a great night sleep guaranteed. Two sofas converted into queen size bed and one tween . All brand new furniture, excellent for family and friends up to 9 people. Two plasma TV screens. Full kitchen: coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, oven , stove, microwave. This is non smoking home with no resident pets. Our house is smoke free but feel free to smoke outside. I will be a phone call away should you need assistance. Fee WiFi , Roku TV . Guests will have access to entire house and garage. Free WIFI, Roku TV .Home located in Silverado Ranch, 2 blocks from South Point Hotel & Casino. Just minutes away from restaurants, grocery store, gas stations. I-15 Freeway just 5 minutes away. It's quick and easy route to Las Vegas Strip.You will love this location and style of this home. 6.6 miles 12 minutes toHarry Reid International Airport. 4.4 miles 10 minutes to Las Vegas Strip. This place is a bit of a drive off the strip, but the house was excellent. Lot's of restaurants in the area etc. Great stay!

Perfect Stay

Great place! Very clean and quiet. Our event was at South Point so we loved the 5 min Uber ride compared to the lengthy commute from the strip. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and close to hiking

Family Get-Away

We rented this property to visit with our son, who lives in Henderson, for Thanksgiving. The location was perfect for us, only 6 minutes from his house. The 6 of us were very comfortable. The beds and pillolws were great! There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked.

Absolutely Amazing

I travel to Las Vegas twice a year to spend quality time with my family, and this property offered all the amenities necessary to entertain and enjoy my family. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a home away from home experience in a great quite community. The owner was very accommodating in providing detailed and accurate instructions on all the necessary vital information regarding directions, property entrance, security, and basic house rules.

We had a family wedding at The M Resort. It made more sense to rent a home vs. 3 separate rooms. This rental was conveniently located less than 10 minutes away.

Great Location for Activities Downtown or on the Strip

Property's location was also very convenient to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, general shopping. Beds were excellent as was AC. Kitchen was a bit sparse though had adequate items for casual/light meals...not a problem if dining out. Marika was definitely available by text and responded quickly as needed. Week vacation in vegas

The accommodations were excellent. The home was clean and was well stocked with the basics. Very convenient location to the south point casino.However , the neighborhood is filled with barking dogs. Unfortunately, the owner has no control over it. And that stubborn bedroom light keeps coming on all by itself.

Felt like Home

I would rate this stay more than 5 stars if I could. The beds were very comfortable. Three large beds to fits three larger guys. Near almost everything. No more than a 15 min ride to the strip. Easy access when checking. WiFi and cable was top tier. I would definitely book this property if I’m ever in Vegas again.

Vegas Getaway

The house was clean, beds were comfortable, great location, and overall a pleasure to stay at. There were a few things that were going on. The A/C seemed to have a mind of it's own. We would go to sleep with it at 72 and wake up and it would be in the 50's. The other issue was in one bedroom the lights kept coming on in the middle of the night and in the master bedroom the tv would come on in the middle of the night. Other than that it was good stay.

The Perfect Spot for a long Vegas visit

Me and two friends came out to Vegas to play poker for 17 days. We wanted to find a place we could stay that was relatively close to the strip (20 minute drive) but was also in a safe neighborhood. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath place was perfect. Although it's small (in terms of square footage), it had everything we needed. It had a large refrigerator/freezer (ice maker), with an oven, microwave, coffee pot and plenty of glassware and silverware (although a few more teaspoons would have been nice). It had a washer/dryer, ironing board & iron (which came in handy since I didn't pack 17 days worth of clothes). It even had a grill outside (although we never considered grilling, it was 113 degrees on June 30). When we arrived, we had trouble getting both TVs to work. I texted the owner and they were both fixed within 24 hours (needed new cable boxes). We were at the Casino most of the day, but a few times, we got back early (by 6 pm) and we did watch TV those evenings. The TVs did have capability to access apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. but unfortunately only the cable box remotes were on site (we needed the actual TV remotes to access the apps), but I always bring my HDMI cable so I was able to watch some Amazon Prime once I connected my laptop to the TV via HDMI cable. There is grocery, restaurants, gas, etc. all within a mile. South Point Casino is about 2 miles away. The neighborhood is safe. I walked 3-4 miles every morning (before it got too hot). Highly recommend.
