we were given a room where the toilet didn't work. However, they immediately moved us to a new room when we notified them. They also moved us to a room close by so it was easier to move. Very accommodating and friendly.

The hotel is ok, the bathroom have no exhaust fan at all, there is a construction by parking lot very inconvenient and dirty to park.

Room needed TLC. Hallway door stuck and was challenging to get in and out. Bathroom shower looked really old. Light in bathroom located behind door. Had to fumble in dark bathroom to find light ( in a handicapped room.) Light at front entrance of room burned out. Breakfast selection was nice.

The toilet had toilet paper in it like it had been used the tub was all paint falling off the sheets had holes in them the receptionist was asleep on the couch The microwave at breakfast was nasty

The light switch upon entering turned nothing on and was not connected to any light. Toilet and shower room had no working lights or fan so could not shower. Toilet didn’t flush well and didn’t clear affluent. Parking was not handy. Driveway in front was blocked and had to back up vehicle and trailer to get around them only to find out it was staff members not guests who blocked the front door entrance for check in. Won’t be staying at Comfot Inn again.

Neighbor gas station is messing remodeling, room is clean beds comfortable toilet had urine around it and hair in bath tub and floor I cleaned up.

I was unhappy that the pool area was not operating. The gym area was poor quality. I left my slippers and it was not returned. I requested a refund for not offering what was advertised

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean overall. The only inconvenience was some construction next door; however, we managed to find good parking around the hotel. It's close to I-25, on the outskirts of town and still close enough to the downtown area. Great local food (try Charlie's Spic & Span Bakery/Café & Cowboy Cafe), great antique shops, and just an overall cool vibe..! :)

1. the light switch at the door doesn't turn on any light! Why not? 2. the water faucet in the shower, turned counter-clock-wise was cold and then the water stopped and you had to turn it past the stop to get hot! Not Normal & WAS CONFUSING! 3. more carts for carrying bags/stuff to our room would be nice. 4. slow check-in at 9 pm when many were checking-in. 5. Breakfast is GRREAT!

This is my second time staying here, and my husband has stayed here on solo trips as well. The gentleman that works during the later hour is a true delight and very efficient. He's very polite and respectful, and checks you in fast. Even if the phone is ringing, he stays focused on you, he doesn't pick up until he's finished with you! The beds are comfortable and the pillows are awesome. The property is older, the bath tub's coating is peeling up a little, but understandable for the age of the hotel. My only two complaints would be, they don't have curtains on the windows, just a fairly filmy shade. The other dislike is the smell in the hallways, almost a moldy type smell, or maybe it's the air freshener they use, but it has a moldy/musty unpleasant odor. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

I was extremely disappointed in this hotel. We were not notified that there isn't an elevator. The door security bolt was missing. The chairs in the room were unsittable as they fell back or just didn't have enough fluff for comfort. The knob on inside of bathroom door was broken. After showering, I did not bring a hair dryer because they were provided. However mine didn't work. The desk said I could go to another room to use one. At 7:30 am I went to desk to find a place to use hair dryer, the person on duty was on. 20 minute break. I left in 17 degree weather with a wet head. I will sleep in my car before I pay any money to stay here. You've been warned!

The property is old and they uust put a fresh voat of paint on all old materials a few years ago. The shower pan had a hole in it and many cracks and was concerned when stepping if it woudl hold.me or not. Somoen elses pee on my toilet and many pubes in the shower are. The front desk staff was pleasant, the breakfast was okay, coffee was made early. There was never a hot breakfast option out out as advertised. I wont be staying here again.
