The charming Villa Coco **** and its bungalow with magnificent sea views

Located on the heights of the village of Marin, between Sainte Luce and Sainte Anne (in the south of the island), Villa Coco and its bungalow - labeled 4 stars - offer a magnificent view of the bay as well as access to numerous beaches . Equipped with a secure swimming pool, a spacious terrace and a private garden, you will appreciate its calm and careful decoration.
You will benefit from the proximity of many shops.

The charming beaches of Pointe Borgnèse and Anse figuier are 5 minutes away (5km), those of Corps de Garde, Gros Raisin in Sainte Luce 8/10 mins. It will take you 15 to 20 minutes to reach the beautiful Salines beach in Sainte Anne.

The private salt pool (natural filtering) is secured by an alarm system (for children) and offers a magnificent view over the entire bay and the islands of Saint Lucia. You will enjoy its pleasant tropical garden, planted with coconut, banana, orange and other species.

The property is made up of:
- a pretty recent house, comfortable, fully air conditioned and ventilated by the trade winds,
- a private swimming pool,
- a large outdoor wooden terrace connecting house and swimming pool as well as a shaded terrace for your meals,
- 1 open and fully equipped American kitchen,
- 1 TV lounge, an office area with WiFi internet access,
- 1 fully tiled bathroom with large walk-in shower,
- 3 beautiful bedrooms (including 2 in the main house)

You also have a lovely air-conditioned bungalow in which you will find:
- 1 romantic bedroom with view, walk-in shower and wc.

As good as it looks
The pictures accurately capture the beauty of this property. It was a great place to stay for our vacation to Martinique. The location in Le Marin was great with shops and restaurants a close drive away. The host was easy to communicate with and was very helpful. It was a nice, safe and clean neighborhood. Maison de rêves
Villa Coco se situe près du Marin pour faire ses courses chez Carrefour, ou la boulangerie. Aussi le restaurant Zanzibar qui est super. Mais une fois à la maison c’est un paradis. La vue est magnifique. La piscine et la terrasse merveilleux. La maison est super propre et la cuisine très bien équipée. Chambres bien climatisées. Evelyn est tres accueillante, elle nous a offert du bon punch et des fruits de la région. Seul inconvénient pour nous, les moustiques. Malgré la protection on s’est fait complètement bouffé tous les 4. C’est certainement la peau anglaise qui les attire.

Excellent séjour à la villa Coco !
Très bien accueillis par Evelyne qui nous avait acheté de quoi nous restaurer ( fruits confitures planteur pain!) Nous avons bien profité de la région grâce à tous les conseils de Georges , fonds blancs avec Denis au François, différents petits restos, cuisine de Rosita livrée à domicile ( très copieux!) etc…. Quartier très calme résidentiel, et pourtant proche de tout! Merci! 🙏🏽

Villa coco en février 2021
Villa très propre ou tout est complet comme chez soi. La description est tout à fait conforme à la réalité tant pour la vue, la piscine, la qualité des équipements et le confort général. L accueil est très efficace avec de quoi démarrer le lendemain matin avec un petit déjeuner. Le propriétaire est très réactif en cas de besoin, très aimable. Il nous a fourni toute une liste d adresses testées par lui même et qui sont de très bonne qualité. Nous retournons avec grand plaisir dans cette villa très bien située pour rayonner sur tout le sud de la Martinique et jusqu à la presqu île de la caravelle sans aucune difficulté.

Un petit paradis tropical
Merveilleusement bien placée au sud de l'île, la Villa Coco est absolument parfaite. A 2mns de la marina du Marin pour le bateau, des supermarchés et des commerces, elle bénéficie de calme et d'une vue magique sur la mer et les mornes des alentours. Très joli jardin tropicale, services proposés parfaits et excellente communication avec le propriétaire. Séjour à refaire très vite !

Très jolie villa
Villa conforme à la description, bien située sur les hauteurs du Marin, proche des commerces. L'espace extérieur en particulier est très agréable. L'accueil est très sympathique, et Evelyne fait en outre preuve de souplesse sur les horaires. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

Vacances au calme entre piscine, mer et végétation luxuriante
La Villa Coco est très bien agencée : une terrasse extérieure abritée permet de se restaurer avec une vue imprenable sur la piscine et la mer et le coin salon -hamac est un havre de paix et de détente. La pièce de vie est agréable ainsi que les deux belles chambres dans la villa et un bungalow extérieur agrémente le tout et permet de loger 2 personnes supplémentaires de manière plus indépendante. Nous avons reçu un très bel accueil le jour de notre arrivée par Evelyne et le personnel d'entretien s'est montré discret et efficace. Grand merci à Georges, le propriétaire, qui nous a envoyé en amont du voyage de précieuses adresses pour les restaurants, les plages et beaux endroits à ne pas manquer lors de notre séjour!

Magnifique Martinique
Quel beau séjour. 10 jours sans pluie, pas trop chaud et juste un peu de moustiques !! La villa est impeccable et l’île est magnifique. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine. L’emplacement de la villa est idéal : calme, à quelques minutes du village et pas très loin de l’aéroport.

Villa avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie du marin. Accueil très sympathique avec une corbeille de fruits locaux et premier petit déjeuner complet. Décoration soignée, literies très confortables, et fait rare, tous les ustensiles de cuisine comme à la maison ! Côté sanitaire nombre de serviettes suffisantes avec machine à laver, sèche- linge. Les photos reflètent exactement la réalité. Premier repas fait par Rose excellent ! Que du positif pour y séjourner et découvrir la Martinique ! Sincèrement, nous vous recommandons la belle villa Coco et encore merci à Georges d'être aussi attentif ! Belle rencontre.

Casa gradevole ma sotto le aspettative
All arrivo è stato un po' difficile riuscire ad ottenere indicazioni per raggiungere la casa nonostante ci trovassimo a 200 m dalla stessa. Personale gentile in particolare Mr Philippe., la stanza sulla piscina con il suo bagno fatiscente è risultato molto al di sotto delle nostre aspettative in pratica la casa non è adatta per 2 coppie di amici.Le immagini della casa sul sito sono un po' ingannevoli poiché il secondo bagno, posto dietro ad una tenda (mai fotografato) è disagevole. Cucina ben fornita, consiglio di cambiare la biancheria del letto e sistemare la lavastoviglie. La casa comunque gode di una posizione strategica rispetto alle più belle spiagge dell isola.

Wohlfühloase Villa Coco
Wir verbrachten drei wundervolle Wochen in der Villa Coco. Es ist alles vorhanden was man wünschen kann. Alle Räume klimatisiert, in der Küche alles notwendige in hochwertiger Ausführung vorhanden, incl. Eiswürfelmaschine. Gärtner und Poolboy kommen einmal die Woche vorbei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Geldautomat in der Nähe. Sehr ruhig gelegene Villa. Von der Ausicht Pool mit Blick auf den Jachthafen von Le Marin kann man nicht genug bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Villa Coco kann man nur empfehlen. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer Georges Lerandy.
