A great stay

The private pool and garden are the highlight of the property with plenty of outside space. The interior is comfortable with everything we needed. Our party was just my husband and I so we didn't use the second bedroom. The location is excellent with a beach and good beachfront restaurant in walking distance, a short drive from Le Pradet which is a lively village with a great market and amenities.

Sun in a beautiful garden

May in The Mediterranean means flowers, sun and good temperature. This villa allows to enjoy all the 3 of these. Located in a peaceful part of the village, a little searching to reach it, but then: a nice botanic garden, well managed by the owner. Cosy interior with rather complete set of kitchen tools. Swimming pool ' heated' by sun is pleasant. The ownership is available, mainly french speaking but good contact via the site in english is possible. The beach is not that impressive, but good walking opportunities are available in the hills.

Beautiful Le Pradet

Great welcome from Jacques, even though living in separate area of the villa you wouldn't realise this at all. Helpful if you needed anything. We had a bedroom upstais, lounge & kitchen with balcony & sliding doors & access to another bedrom on the ground floor. All amenities were present, cooking facilities inc outdoor BBQ, plenty of places/seats to relax & eat outdoors as well as small table inside. The most impressive things during our stay were the sole use of the pool, the beautiful manicured garden & cactus . We must mentioned the stunning sunset & easy walk to the local beach & the restaurant 😀

Maison tout confort avec jardin magnifique

Nous avons adoré séjourné chez Fabienne et Jacques, des hôtes aux petits soins et adorables. La maison est très bien équipée, le jardin est magnifique et la piscine parfaite. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le soin apporté à la décoration, Jacques collectionneur nous fait profiter de ces découvertes. La plage est à 10 min à pied et le quartier est très calme, parfait pour se ressourcer… Nous recommandons grandement…

Escapade relaxante

Séjour d'une semaine très agréable passé avec mon fils. Le logement est bien situé, dans une zone très calme, à proximité de toutes commodités et de plages sympathiques. Les installations et équipements sont adaptés, la piscine bien entretenue et la climatisation étant d'excellents atouts pour de jeunes enfants notamment. La communication avec les propriétaires a été de bonne qualité de bout en bout.

Een fantastisch appartement op een mooie plek.

Wat hebben wij een fijn verblijf gehad. Het appartement is mooi en schoon. De tuin geeft veel privacy. Het zwembad is eveneens heerlijk. We komen zeker een keer terug.

Schönes und ruhiges Anwesen

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und rundherum eingewachsen. Das Highlight ist der Pool und die darum schönen angelegten Pflanzen wie Kakteen, Palmen und Sträucher. Wir waren zu dritt und ein Hund, alles notwendige vorhanden und Platz auch. Mehr als 3 Personen da würde ein 2. Bad / WC fehlen. Die Vermieter waren sehr. Auch die Umgebung war schön und ruhig. Gerne wieder! Merci

Wunderbarer Garten und Pool, sehr nette Gastgeber!

Wir haben den wunderbaren Garten mit dem schönem und großem Pool sehr genossen. Auch unser Hund war willkommen und hat auch innerhalb unseres Aufenthaltes keine Lücke im Zaun gefunden. Die beiden Gastgeber sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend.

Vermieter sehr freundlich. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Weg zum Hafen und damit zum Bäcker 25-30 Minuten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ein kleines Paradies in Frankreich!

Wir sind zu zweit mit unseren zwei mittelgroßen Hunden bei Fabienne und Jacques angereist. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und man kann auf Französisch und Englisch mit den Gastgebern kommunizieren. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Bad und Küche wurden modernisiert, das übrige Mobiliar ist etwas älter, aber nicht weiter schlimm, da man sich hier sowieso eher draußen aufhält. Der Pool ist ein Traum! Der sehr schön angelegte Garten ist komplett umzäunt, sodass man sich um seine Vierbeiner keine Sorgen machen muss. Sitz- und Liegeflächen in der Sonne und im Schatten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Grill steht den Gästen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist entgegen der Anzeige in Fewo nicht direkt in Le Pradet, sondern etwas außerhalb gelegen. Was aber eine schöne ruhige Gegend in Richtung Colle Noire ist. Zum Strand „La Garonne“ sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Ein Bäcker, mehrere Restaurants, eine Eisdiele und kleiner Shop sind dort auch in der Nähe. Mit dem Fahrzeug braucht man etwa 3-5 Minuten. Einkaufsmärkte, die hier auch sonntags offen haben, sind auch in Le Pradet selbst vorhanden. Die Strände um Le Pradet sind zumeist Kiesstrände, an wenigen Stellen auch Sandstrand. Jedoch relativ klein, so dass es in der Hauptsaison auch eng werden kann. Wir haben aber meist den Pool benutzt, weil das einfach richtig schön ist. Die Gastgeber sind sehr, sehr diskret, wenn aber etwas ist, stets erreichbar. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und wir kommen gerne wieder! 5 Sterne definitiv wert!!!!

Ein Traum!

Für uns war es der schönste Familienurlaub bis jetzt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!! Tolles Schwimmbad, sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem drum und dran was man braucht. Ein wunderschöner, sehr gepflegter Garten umzäunt die Wohnung und man spürt in jedem Detail die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber Fabienne und Jaques! Wir kommen wieder!

Holiday with dog.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen. Die Hauseigentümer sind freundlich und hilfsbereit und sehr diskret. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, in ca 15 Minuten ist man schon am Strand. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank, Fabienne und Jaques!

Muffiger Geruch in der Unterkunft/ Pool unsauber

Unterkunft ziemlich mit alten Möbeln vollgestellt, die sehr moderig und muffig gerochen haben. Dadurch hat die Kleidung, die Handtücher etc. auch zuhause noch muffig gerochen. Der Pool war dreckig.

Wunderbare Lokation

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist ein sehr stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Als ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Absolut genial ist der Pool und der Außenbereich. Die beiden Vermieter sind total freundlich, zuvorkommend.

Dépaysement agréable

Dépaysement car le jardin est à la fois méditerranéen et exotique, cactus, aloès, et des plantes du monde, une des passions du propriétaire. Piscine entièrement privée. Situation excellente car accès à de nombreuses plages à proximité ou peu éloignée. Cuisine très bien achalandée, il ne manque rien même si on peut regretter un peu l'absence d'une hotte. Propriétaires très gentils et totalement à l'écoute et prêts à faire tout leur possible pour résoudre le moindre problème. Ceux-ci sont d'une totale discrétion malgré la proximité. Merci à Jacques et Fabienne pour leur accueil , et merci à Jacques de nous avoir fait découvrir un tas de choses. JM et C

Fantastische Woche, bei fantastischen Vermietern, in einem fantastischen Haus mit fantastischem Garten einem ebensolchen Pool und Außenanlagen. Die Strände sind klasse, die Umgebung, Le Pradet selber und die Lage sind super. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Dank an Jaques und Fabienne, tolle angenehme zurückhaltende und einfach sehr sympathische Menschen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub - gerne wieder

Das Häuschen ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen ganz eigenen Charme. Die Lage ist ruhig, innerhalb einer angenehmen Nachbarschaft, wenig touristisch. Der Pool ist schön groß, die Kinder hatten sehr viel Freude daran.Strand fußläufig zu erreichen, Städtchen mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass die Vermieter immer erreichbar, aber nahezu "unsichtbar" waren und sehr unaufdringlich, sehr nett und absolut unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

Ein Haus im Sonnenschein

Das Haus ist sicher etwas in die Jahre gekommen, da sich aber das meiste im Freien abspielt, kann das Objekt hier wirklich punkten. Der Garten mit mehrerenSitzmöglichkeiten, je nach Stand der Sonne und der sehr gepflegte Pool, (der auch eine gute Größe hat) sind absolut top. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, nicht zuletzt, weil die Gastgeber äußerst dezent sind.

traumhafte (Herbst)-Ferien

Wir haben eine herrliche Woche in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus verbracht. Es hat alles gestimmt: das Haus ist schön und bietet alles, was man braucht, der Garten liebevoll und wunderschön angelegt und der Pool ist auch toll! super Ferienhaus

Wir waren in diesem Ferienhaus sehr zufrieden: Die Realität übertrifft die Fotos, ein großer Pool (ca, 9 x 4,50 m) mit herrlichem Garten zur Alleinnutzung, eine Viertelstunde Fußweg zum Meer und zum nächsten Restaurant, ebenso liebenswürdige wie diskrete Gastgeber!

Dépaysant

Bien accueilli , avec écoute , discrétion et conseils sur la découverte des environs . Un extérieur dépaysant ,calme et bien entretenu ! Une jolie cuisine refaite à neuf . Une jolie piscine ! Les 2 points négatifs pour nous , ont été un faible réseau wifi , perte connection pour la TV .( Malgres le changement de Freebox) Et un problème d'humidité et d'odeur de renfermé , peux être dû à la météo humide et au confinement . Mais peut être l'indiquer dans la description pour des personnes comme moi sensible à ce genre d'allergie !
