The house is beautiful! Maintenance issues were resolved quickly. The dishwasher broke, the repairman, fixed the dishwasher, loaded it and ran it. That was excellent customer service. The roads leading to the property need some work, but this is just a warning to take it slow. There was visible dirty shoe prints thru out the house, popcorn on the window sills, crushed up ships behind bathroom doors and in the bedroom. There was also wet laundry in the wash machine. We sent a message to the property manager who said she’d send someone back to clean. Did not see anyone the whole time we were there. There was also pictures knocked sideways on the wall. We sent pics to our host but didn’t hear anything back. We left the place cleaner than we found it. We asked for our cleaning deposit back but did not receive a response. We could snowboard and then ride our snowmobiles. The linens were soft and the rooms spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of everything in the kitchen. Three different living rooms was amazing. So much room. My family loved it.
