"We had a good stay overall. The listing was accurate, though I don’t recall it mentioning the property being two stories. But I guess I should have assumed it was two stories from the outside pictures. So that might be on me. Not a big issue, but worth noting that the stairs are quite steep. We didn’t use the kitchen, TV, or WiFi, so can’t comment on those.The screened-in porch was a must—the bugs outside were intense, so we really appreciated being able to relax there. Beds were adequate and comfortable enough for our stay. The owner was upfront about the rough driveway, though I wish that detail had also been in the listing.Location is very convenient—just 5–10 minutes from the main town. We didn’t encounter any issues that required help from the host, so everything went smoothly. Overall, we were happy with our stay and found it to be a nice, quiet spot close to town."

"Hotel is very clean and up to date. The beds are not as comfy as desired. Shower is nice and powerful and the bathroom is well lit. Breakfast did not have too many options. Overall it is a great hotel just need some fine tuning. "

"When we arrived at the property, we learned that our reservation we had made almost a month earlier, through Expedia, was not in their system. Thankfully, the property owner was on site and told the desk clerk to go ahead and check us into a room while they tried to find the issue. The manager was able to find our reservation and payment, and in the end, all was well. Very nice room, very nice people. "
