Le Tonneau Bleu - Appt avec piscine partagée
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 60 m² air-conditioned semi-detached house with mountain views, swimming pool and shared garden in Lembach which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 6 m² terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
First floor
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hob...
- A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV and direct access to the garden level.
1st floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with large shower
- Separate WC
- A corridor with washing machine
2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot.
Exterior:
- A 6 m² south-facing terrace with an awning and furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- Private garden of approx. 4 m².
Communal area
- A 15x6 m swimming pool, fenced, secure and shared with residents. Solar-heated, open from May to September. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
- A garden next to the swimming pool. It contains a barbecue and garden furniture.
- A tennis court and a children's playground.
The house is ideally located in Lembach, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. Within a 7 km radius, you'll find a bakery, a butcher's shop...
Activities :
There's entertainment all year round. Christmas market, Pentecost festival, summer festival of the surrounding communes, winery visits and tastings, castle visits, amusement park, "chemin des cimes", bike path, hiking trail...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park your car outside the residence in a numbered space.
As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- A car is essential
- Nearest train station: Lembach station 7 km away.
Other remarks :
- Steep staircase from 1st to 2nd floor.
- Pets accepted at an extra charge of €15/stay. Only one pet per stay.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances after use.
