We have really loved staying here the 3 times we visited here since Dec. Room is spacious, quiet, comfortable, clean and staff has always been pleasant. This time however, I sent a message requesting a specific room after I booked the reservation which went unanswered and when we checked in, we didn’t get the west side of the hotel as requested but overlooking the outdoor pool/patio. In addition, the person at the front desk told us that dogs aren’t allowed in the 1 brm suites. News to us because it hadn’t been an issue the 3 previous visits that we brought our two small, well-behaved dogs. Just started this visit off on the wrong foot. Other than staff issues and location of our room, everything else was as expected.

Front desk seemed a little less than pleased that we asked for $ 10:00 in $1's for the vending machines, but when a small bag of chips are $2.50 and a bottle of pop is $ 3.50 ........ well. Slept poorly on the foam mattress and lastly after we had gotten into bed we thought it would be a good idea to have a wakeup call so we wouldn't miss our scheduled 7:00 am appt. for a procedure at the hospital. When my wife brought the receiver of the phone to her ear it was silent . Upon further investigation it was discovered the phone was completely absent of wire connecting it to the wall. We were both tired from driving 100 miles to get so neither one of us bothered to go to the front desk that night. Just relied on and hoping my understanding of the alarm clock instructions were correct. More than likely won't be staying at a Comfort Inn again.

I highly recommend this hotel! It is conveniently located. The desk clerks are always pleasant and accommodating. The rooms are clean and well provisioned. We always enjoy the wide variety of breakfast choices as well. On a scale of one to 10, this hotel is an 11!!!!

Check in went very well room was very clean, but the bed sucked it caved in the middle

Nice clean room large walk-in shower, large bathroom large bedroom, great kitchen, a work area and a dining room table, really enjoyed the king suite bedroom.
