Great location and beautiful property. They seemed understaffed and the staff was stressed and out of breath and dismissive. I had two children in strollers and requested a bottom floor, they asked if there was another accommodation I would like even though they were fully booked. There was children’s bikes advertised as an amenity which they did not have available and the man seemed very confused when asked about it. I would stay here again for the convenience and size of the rooms, but without the expectation that I could rely on high quality service or children’s amenities.

The room was a good sized and an opportunity to take the waters too. Staff friendly. Bagnoles has a number of good Restaurants but they eat early ..."
