This was the most run-down hotel I have ever set foot in. The furniture was sagging and ripped. There were bits of duct tape all over the unit to patch up holes. The bathtub had a huge patch of duct tape, which seems to violate basic housing code. There was chewed gum stuck to the bed frame. There was sand in the pull-out couch. There was hair in the bed. The unit seemed like it had not been cleaned before my arrival. The owners of this establishment do not care about quality whatsoever. There were no towels in the bathroom, the bedroom television was mounted with no remote. Tge live no room television remote only worked for changing the channel. Grease on the kitchen wall.. No extra linens as stated. Disgusting. Sanitized and went & purchased my own bedding. Horrible experience. Would not even shower there No garbage. Missing lightbulbs. Screen missing from front window. I couldn’t open one of the 2 windows. You should remove this “hotel, efficiency off the hotels you offer. A lot of $$ for one night. Called it 18 times from 2pm to4:30pm check in was at 4\. When I called it said voicemail box full. So we found a different hotel. I would like to know how to get a refund. When I arrived at the property I was told it was full. However, I made another Hotels.com reservation for the night. After my trip, working with Sony at Hotels.com and the property, my full redund was processed. Stayed there a night and I regretted it I rather sleep under the bridge. The room was somewhat clean but the couch had stains and once we pulled out the couch bed the mattress was terrible. It had piss stains and everything else you can imagine. One of the worst places I stayed. This room is deplorable. When you first walk in the smell is horrid. There are stains on the sofa bed which has no sheets. There was a whole in the closet that is trying to be disguised with tape. The toilet is dirty. There are not enough linen for the amount of ppl that are allowed to stay here. The tv doesn't work. There are stains on the curtains. There is a broken door under the bed. Dishes in the sink. I cannot believe the level of unsanitary violations this place is guilty of. There wasn't even any toilet paper! It is absurd! We were honestly scared to sleep there. Thankfully we found a hotel last minute! This has never in my life happened before. Too bad I can only add 8 pictures because I have more!
