Room was very dirty. Big chunks of hair all over the bathroom floor. Vents in the air conditioner caked with dust and mold. Refrigerator was covered in something sticky and had an open cup and unknown liquid in it still when we got the room. Tv was broken and was not usable. Whole building seemed outdated.
Smoke stink in hallway, too much outside light in room (trying to sleep), The workout room was not avaliable (which was one of the reasons I booked this in the first place), water pressure was slow and weak, it was in dissarray with work being done. My bed had a spring broken on the left corner of my bed.
We stayed three nights - not great quality for how much we paid.
Positive point: the lady who ran the breakfast was very personalble and h=great to talk with each day. She made up for the lack of quality. She should get a pay raise (Spainish older woman).

PS - We stay around Lexington quite often too.
Reeks of cigarette smoke, the kind of stench that's embedded (not from just one recent user.), torn curtains, filthy carpeting, broken flooring in the elevator, trail of blackish particles around the AC unit (mouse droppings?) ... and more.
Older hotel in middle of renovations. My room was newly renovated - nice and clean. Evening staff was very friendly and helpful. Nobody was at the front desk when I left to provide a receipt - only issue that I had during stay.
The bed was fantastic. Towels, washcloth, soap, lotion and conditioner virtually non-existent. Washcloth or the size and use for a toddler. No orange juice. Extreme minimal breakfast items available to consume. If there were a negative star I would give that to breakfast provisions. Don't advertise Continental breakfast if there isn't one.
First room that the lights didn't work. The curtains were shredded , the desk chair dumpted me on the floor would not stay up, no towels. Thried to call desk and the phone did not work. The second room wa a little bitbetter Curtains or shredded, both i did not feel it should of recieved a excellent rating.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Minor things were off putting like broken curtains, stains on the bedding, broken ice machine in the lobby, broken tiles in the elevator.
I will start with this is my second stay at this location. I appreciate the staff friendliness and ability to check in/out at any time. The bed was well made and the items stocked in the room was done well. However, the hotel itself needs improvement even though they are under renovation still. Based on the room alone - The curtains are ripped and stained. The floor under the bed and behind the alarm stand wasn't vacuumed or missed spots. The bathroom light above the sink was out. The desk was fragile about to brake from the one leg. There were others I know who stayed there the same time. One person mentioned that the TV looked smashed and improperly worked.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom sink was clogged and had black stuff coming up out of it. The carpeting in the room was soaking wet in front of and inside the closet - apparently the shower must be leaking. I was only there overnight so I dealt with it.
It was a perfect stay. Check in agent was so nice and accommodating, it was clean, the bed was unbelievably comfortable and good shower and hot water. We visit the area so we will be back.
Check in was a breeze, friendly and fast. Room was a disappointment. Curtains were actually shredded. One of the bed frames stuck out a couple of feet past the end of the mattress and TV didn’t work. We did tell the front desk. She said she would go to our room and fix the bedframe. We got back nothing had changed. We went to bed. That’s when we realized the TV did not work. Definitely not worth the money.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Our stay this time was a lot better than our previous stay. The room with the king size bed was nice and firm and everything was clean.
My stay with my family was not up to my standards. I can understand the remodeling of the motel but, the outlets in the room did not work. The curtains inside of my room was torn into pieces. Needing to run the vacuum in the halls food was scattered everywhere on the first floor. The ice machine needs a deep cleaning of the inside of it, because the ice had a terrible taste.

We stay at this location every time that we come to Lexington. We love this hotel.
Checking in went smoothly, the woman at the front desk was polite and helpful.
There are repairs and repainting being done on the second floor hall.
The room smelled unpleasant, the curtains were torn.
The wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling off and there is signs of black mold.
This hotel is under renovations which is fine. The worst part of our stay was the initial room we were put in. Room 217. King size bed. Room smelled moldy. Had wallpaper coming off in the bathroom and mold on the ceiling. The most foul situation was when we checked the mattress. Mattress cover had pee all over it. We looked under that and the mattress has multiple blood stains. We immediately asked to be moved. The woman at the desk was very apologetic and moved us to 207. This room smelled clean and looked clean. The beds were brand new and the rest of our night was great. Breakfast in the morning was warm and tasty. The lady working the breakfast area was extremely sweet. House keeping was very loud in the morning for people that like to sleep in past 8:00 and should probably look at sheets/ mattress covers before putting them on for guests to sleep on. Overall I give this stay a 5/10. Started extremely rough but the desk staff and breakfast staff save it from a very negative review.
Place was very quiet and convenient to the wedding venue we were attending over the wedding. Staff was good and check in and out couldn’t have been easier. Definitely would recommend for your next stay!
The lobby was being remodeled, so it was a mess but that's ok because the room was clean and I absolutely LOVED the bed. I loved the duvet and the pillows so much I searched online trying to purchase the same ones for my home (no luck). The lady that does breakfast on the weekends is the best!! She deserves a raise.
The hotel was under major renovations while we stayed. The room was clean but in rough shape. Toilet broken drapes all ripped and just in need of an upgrade which looks like they started to do in the main areas. The hotel should be shut down during construction, or communicate to customers that they are under construction upon booking. Also there should be some kind of discount for being there during construction. The smell of mold in the foyer was not good for anyone.
