We had handicap accessible room. It was very nice with the exception of the bathroom door. It was very hard to slide. We had a great stay and everyone was so helpful and nice

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel the staff was very friendly and helpful. All areas of the Hotel including the room was very clean. They had a wonderful breakfast; it was one of the best we have had for a while.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay! We were 20 minutes from Frankfort where our events were so we weren’t in the over booked hotels. It was spacious and clean!!

The HVAC unit in the room was very very noisy. I had to turn it off while sleeping at night. This was the same issue for our previous stay as well which I gave my comment. It appears the management hasn’t done anything about it. I am not sure why you guys ask for feedback if management doesn’t do anything about these kinds of issues.

Very clean room, bed was super comfortable, hot breakfast was great and I loved the indoor pool. It’s a great value for the money in this area and I would definitely stay here again. Great location too! Right next to Kroger and several restaurants.

Easily one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Clean, well lit rooms with soft beds and *labeled* options for firm or soft pillows. Excellent breakfast options, friendly staff, easy check in. The only negative thing I can say is that there was a light on in the room when we arrived that took us a while to find the switch to turn off, but that has far more to with us arriving around 1am and being stupid tired than any actual flaw with the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beds were very comfortable. Building could use just a bit more sound insulation but breakfast was great! Biscuits, eggs, bacon, fruit and great coffee. Perfect way to start the day!
