Located 4 km from Le Bugue (all amenities), this 96 m² semi-detached house is attached to an unoccupied building and is close to another Gîtes de France property (ref. 24G408288). The raised ground floor (3 steps) comprises a living room with kitchenette, lounge area, and Wi-Fi internet access. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate WC. Upstairs (6 steps), there is one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm). The house has oil-fired central heating and a garage. The private, unfenced 3000 m² garden includes fruit trees, sun loungers, a covered barbecue area, a wooden table, and benches. A 19 m² terrace with garden furniture is also included. End-of-stay cleaning is €60. Towels are available for €7 per person per change, and bed linen for a double bed is €20 per change. Heating is €10 per day. A renovated stone farmhouse in a peaceful and relaxing setting, 400 meters from the Vézère River, perfect for fishing or simply unwinding. Located 2 km from Limeuil, listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages of France," at the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, it's the ideal starting point for exploring the sites of the Vézère and Dordogne Valleys: Prehistory (International Centre for Cave Art Lascaux 4 in Montignac), Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, the capital of Prehistory, castles (Les Milandes, Castelnaud, Beynac, etc.), fortified towns (Domme, etc.). Also nearby is the Bergerac wine route (Monbazillac, Pécharmant, etc.).
