When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days. "We loved the hotel! We stayed as a family of four and everyone loved it. The staff was very friendly and kind the room was very clean way bigger than we expected. We arrived at midnight and they found us a way to get into the room. We woke up late and they still offered us food and helped us get breakfast. Would definitely recommend and I would stay again!"

"The hotel was in a good location and the bus stop was right outside of the hotel. The room was clean, the staff were helpful and our room was upgraded due to an event that was taking place at the hotel. We had a nice view from the balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby looked very nice. However, we were placed on a floor where there was tape and sheets on the floor and it wasn’t presentable for guests; it looked neglected and that they were in the middle of renovations.
