Great location

Proximity to Rossio Square was excellent. We loved all the amenities in the place although one of four beds was sagging significantly in the middle. That would be our only complaint. It was wonderful.

Close to the Sights

Location was key to getting to the places we wanted to go see such as St George Castle, the Arc, and Rua Augusta with all the shops and restaurants.

Excellent, extremely clean and new in city centre

Extremely clean and modern updated apartment in the heart of the city. Extremely good service and location in the heart of the city. Easy to sleep in a quiet area of town. An excellent choice for Lisbon insiders. Highly recommended.

Perfect location

Close to everything. The apartment was clean. The only downside was in the front bedroom you could not close the door because the bed blocked it.

Excellent Location

We enjoyed being so close to restaurants, convenience stores, and sightseeing. The apartment was functional and met our needs. The only words of caution is carrying luggage up the long flight of stairs. And there is a Youth Hostile above the apartment with many young travelers who were polite but noisy.

Big and Bright!

Great location, comfy beds, lovely Juliet balconies overlooking the street. Excellent coffee, only one flight of stairs which is nice when carrying luggage. Close to amenities like grocery store and liquor store / wine boutique. Public underground parking is available in the square, overnight for +45€. No plates or silverware, but we weren’t eating in. Overall, highly reccomend and would stay here again, thank you!

Excellent location

Perfect for our families short stay away in Lisbon. Ana was very quick to respond to questions and even helped arrange a driver for us to Fatima! She met us at the property to check us in and made sure to highlight were everything was. All toiletries were provided even dishwasher soap and laundry soap so I did not have to spend precious vacation time shopping for them. The apartments location cannot be beat! We will stay again on our next trip to Lisbon!!

Great central location!

Great apartment in an excellent location. Some reviews mentioned noise but I though it wasn’t a significant issue. Check in was with Antonio. He was excellent. He spent half an hour going over sites to see in Lisbon and advice on my trip. He also allowed me to use his mobile no re my pcr covid test as I needed a local mobile no. Super super service.

Very centrally located.

The apartment is great, as are the property managers. I was there 4 weeks, and any issues that came up were addressed immediately and efficiently. Because it's so well located, it can get a bit noisy, but considering the apartment's convenience, cleanliness, and ease of walking to so many of Lisbon's attractions, the noise wasn't that important. Great Apartment, Great Location

I stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks, June-July, and was very happy with my choice. The apartment is as pictured: open and airy, with a good amount of space. It is also clean and tidy, a great place to return to after exploring the city. It's located in a lively section of Lisbon, with cultural sites, museums and great restaurants nearby, yet not far from more low-key neighborhoods as well. The back bedroom is very quiet. The apartment manager is friendly and kind, available by phone or text during the stay for any questions that may have arisen. I also appreciated the clean linens and towels; the kitchen with appliances, cookware and dishware; and the bathroom with basic toiletries. Highly recommended.

perfect location on the perfect place

the location is perfect cannot be better. The appartment is clean and evry thing you need is in the house and the kitchen. Only I think for 8 persons you need one bathroom more. The communication with the housekeeper was also very good. A well interested lady.

Very nice

The apartment was very clean and perfectly equiped. The welcoming and check out is nice. Yolanda is friendly. The situation is perfect, near everything. It was a very good choice. Maybe a bit noisy with the hostel upstairs but it was ok for me. Everybody found the apartment lovely.

December Stay Marred by Construction

Lovely apartment in a great location in the touristy section of town. But construction on the apartment next door and above us started in the very early hours of the morning through early evening. We were awoke at 5 or 6am with the foot stomping, with the saws and machinery right over our sleepy heads starting promptly at 7 or 8am. At one point the construction workers also shut off the water to our apartment, although our hostess quickly came and had them fix it.
