This contemporary 350 meters villa is situated just 3 km from the sea and offers fantastic sea views from the open roof where you will find cozy places for having a drink or reading a book.
You will enjoy a big terrace, private pool, sunbeds, portable barbecue. Villa is equipped with air conditioning, wifi, satellite TV and much more.
There are 4 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen with an access to the big terrace and 4 bathrooms.
Villa offers 2 queen-size and 2 three-quarter-sized beds.
Kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. Plus there is a large dining area with a big table.
Garage fits for 2 cars. There is a possibility to part 3rd car in the technical area of the building.
Villa is located in a quiet residential area. Center of the town is about 5 min drive with a car. At the same time the location place is very quiet and you will not be disturbed by the night life of Lloret.
