Unit Layout
You will be staying in a spacious and bright 5-room house that spans across two levels and measures 140 square meters. The house was recently renovated in 2022 and features beautiful and tasteful furnishings. On the ground floor, you'll find an open and large living/dining room measuring 40 square meters, complete with a TV and flat screen. The kitchen is also open and features an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for a Senseo coffee machine. There is a dining table in the kitchen area. Additionally, this level has a shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are 3 rooms, each equipped with a French bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long). One of the rooms has a bunk bed (90 cm wide and 190 cm long) that can accommodate 2 additional guests. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this level.

Amenities Included
The house is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. These include a washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, hair dryer, and internet (WiFi, free). Outside, you'll find a large garden spanning 500 square meters with a lawn and a south-facing position, perfect for enjoying the sunshine.
