The newly built, comfortably furnished holiday apartment with approx. 30 sqm can be booked all year round. It is suitable for 2 people (max. 2 adults + 1 child) and has a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and satellite TV, a bathroom with shower / toilet and a terrace with a view of the countryside. Likewise via a large courtyard with barbecue area and parking space. The beach with cliffs and dog beach is about a 10-minute walk through the coastal forest. The beach section of Stubbenfelde is calm and not overcrowded. Next shopping possibility approx. 1km. The apartment is very central, between the Baltic Sea and backwaters. All places on the coast and sights can be reached quickly and easily. It is only a 2-minute walk to the train station. Perfect for cyclists, as the well-developed bike path between Wolgast and Ahlbeck leads right past the entrance. Possibilities for storing bikes or washing clothes and hanging are available.

Alles super, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell. Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden vom Vermieter kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir als sehr positiv bewährten. Ebenfalls war alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorrätig auch das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Der Hundestrand war wie versprochen nur ca 20min durch den Wald erreichbar. Duch die Usedom Karte waren der Zug für uns kostenlos, so daß wir auch zu anderen Stränden auf Usedom fahren Konten,der Bahnhof war ca 5min entfernt.

Unterkunft sauber und gemütlich. Es hatte etwas von Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof. Wurde nicht erwähnt und von uns nicht erwartet. Die Wohnung war top und der Urlaub war toll.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mittig auf der Insel Usedom, sodass man viele Unternehmungen machen kann. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Grundstück liegt zwar an der Hauptstraße, ist aber nicht störend. Ein kleiner Spaziergang (ca. 15 Min.) durch den Wald und schon ist man an der Küste. Für unsere Hündin waren die Schafe nebenan immer ein Highlight. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber super, freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Mit viel Liebe

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Auszeit. Die Unterkunft ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die zwei zauberhaften Schafe vor dem Fenster, haben uns den Start in den Tag sehr versüsst. Familie Soldanski ist unglaublich bemühte, lieb und verständnisvoll, einfach toll.

Urlaub mit Hund

Zu zweit mit Hund in einem Zimmer.. für uns genial. Mehr braucht man eigentlich nicht. Küche und Bad gaben alles her, was wir brauchten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden auch zur Verfügung gestellt.. für uns ist das nicht selbstverständlich, deshalb erwähnen wir dies hier extra! Die Ostsee ist gut zu Fuß durch den Wald erreichbar und mit mit dem Auto kommt man auch schnell überall hin. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und die Kommunikation lief super.

Ostsee Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön, sauber und super gelegen. Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr daran interessiert dass man sich wohl fühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt , alles perfekt

Wir waren eine Woche über Ostern 2023 da. Die gemütliche und gut duftende FeWo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war frisch und sauber. Unsere Hundedame war auch sehr zufrieden. Optimale Lage am schönen Wald, wodurch man direkt zum Strand kommt. Wir kommen sehr gerne und auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Arlauf in Stubbenfelde

Hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Usedom. Das lag nicht nur am Wetter sondern auch an der Unterkunft. Genau die richtige Größe für 2 Personen und dem Hund. Sehr gute Organisation und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor Anreise und auch während dem Aufenthalt. Gepflegte, saubere Wohnung mit allem was man bräuchte, wenn man nicht jeden Tag essen geht :-). Trotz der nahen und nervigen B 111 hört man davon absolut nichts vom Verkehrslärm. Alles in allem zu empfehlen.

Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für ei Paar mit Hund. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut mit dem Rad oder auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir kommen gern wieder. 🌞

Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat eine schöne kleine Terrasse mit Grill. Der Bahnhof ist gerade über die Straße und der Strand auch nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt etwas abseits des Tourismustrubel und der Strand ist daher auch nicht so voll. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Wirklich empfehlenswert

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nicht nur wunderbar zentral, alles ist leicht zu erreichen, sie ist auch liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit Vermietern angenehm und einfach. Nachdem die einladende Wohnung bezogen hat, ist man in 10 Minuten zu fuss über die Steilküste am Strand. Was will man Meer ?

Die Vermieter waren super herzlich, sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Es war wie zu Gast bei Freunden. Die kleine Wohnung hielt genau das, was im Inserat beschrieben war, ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Gemütlich und kuschelig

Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, birgt aber ausreichend Möglichkeiten sich auch tagsüber aufzuhalten, man kann in der Stube auf zwei Sesseln sitzen und auch der küchenbereich ist sehr einladend, so dass wir uns auch außerhalb der Mahlzeiten gern dort aufgehalten haben. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben sich sogar selbst erkundigt, wie es uns geht und ob alles passt. Ansonsten hatten wir unsere Ruhe, die Nachbarwohnung war nicht vermietet. Der Hof war für weniger ausbruchsinteressierte Hunde sicher umzäunt- jedoch durchaus auch überwindbar wenn man einen speziellen Vierbeiner hat. Die Strasse liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe, ist aber etwas abseits von der schönen Sitzmöglichkeit vor der Haustür. Direkt über die Strasse gelangt man durch einen kleines Waldstück an die Ostsee. Spaziergänge unkompliziert möglich! Brötchen holt man am besten per Rad aus dem Nachbarort Ückeritz. (Oder Kölpinsee, noch dichter, jedoch Saisonöffnungszeiten) Toll: vor der Haustür fährt die Bahn! Man kann also abends noch einen Trinken fahren… in die Kaiserbäder zB. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Zum 2. Mal dort gewesen!

Da uns unser 1. Aufenthalt im April 2019 so gut gefallen hat, waren wir wieder da. Das Gesamtpaket (Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Lage, Kommunikation usw.) ist einfach perfekt. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen gerne ein 3. Mal.

Schnuckelige Wohnung für Paare

Schnuckelige, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Komplikationsloser Check- In und Check- Out. Äußerst bemühte und sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die für jedes „Problem“ eine Lösung hatten. Wer gerne etwas außerhalb des Trubels wohnt und seine Ruhe haben möchte, perfekt gelegen.
