“We had the most amazing stay at Oceana the first week of May. The property was everything we dreamed about and more. This was our seventh trip to the island and we loved this Villa more than other rental we have ever tried. We absolutely plan to return. “It was a nice, smooth check in. We were met at the house by the property manager, Kerin. He showed us around the house and left contact information. We also met the owners, who live next door. The refrigerator was stocked with complimentary supplies, which was a pleasant surprise. We just had 2 couples, so there was ample room. 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms makes for easy living. “I booked this property in Dec of 2024 to arrive in Feb 2025. Upon arriving we had not received any details for the property despite multiple attempts. We had some of our guest go and locate the property to find this property had been abandoned. I finally reached the host and she said that there was a water issue and canceled my reservation. This was obviously not the case as the property was in terrible shape. Do not rent this property. ”

“We had a lovely stay at Lockrum Point Villa. It is very isolated which we liked. The views were spectacular. We really enjoyed the pool, and the hammock was an huge hit, especially with our teenage son. The owners and property manager were extremely helpful and responsive. Everyone had their own space to stretch out. The beds were extremely comfortable. One of the highlights of the trip was hiring Chef Leontes Richardson (suggested by the owners) as the private chef.
