"It was great"

"We booked 2 rooms for 2 days. There was a very strong odor of dog urine in the office. The owner/ receptionist had 3 dogs running around in there. The rooms were reasonably clean. However there were used false eyelashes and a couple of press on nails left on top of the microwave. The first day went well. The second day we went to the pool. There was an electrical outlet on the wall that my daughter plugged her phone charger into. There were no signs stating not to use outlet. The owner/...

"The property was very nice. Great ocean view. Spacious. Didn't like the stairs."

"Not our first stay at this location. To be 100% clear, opted for the "basic" room. Turns out...very basic, not even a chair in the room to sit. Very small, few outlets, and refrigerator door would not close once we put items inside, used my suitcase to keep it closed. It is very close to the beach, appears to be pet friendly and easy walk to the boardwalk. Check in process was last minute, inconvenient when traveling, same with the check out process."

"Only one of two elevators worked. There were always people waiting for the elevator. Nobody worked on it the whole time we were there. We were on second floor so we took stairs. We asked for more towels and were told they were out of towels. We had to borrow from swim area. Nobody ever cleaned our room in 4 days. The water temperature in the shower was hard to regulate. It was hot and no other way. They advertise free breakfast but that wasn’t true."
