Very nice boutique hotel. One elevator bay wasn’t working, which made waiting for the elevators long. Friendly staff and the Rock bar is great.

Overall, we were comfortable with this place. Since Covid we have to remember to ask about room service before we book because different places have different rules. Not all our trash was taken out of the room and the stains around the base of the toilet were disappointing. The staff were some of the bests, we have had in Lansing. We were in town due a dear friend passing away. I could see us staying here again when we are in Lansing.
