The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has direct private access to the guest bathroom, located just off the hallway — ideal for privacy and convenience.

Inside, the condo is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

As a guest, you'll also have access to shared amenities including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a fully equipped gym, all within a safe and peaceful residential complex.

A dedicated property manager will be available before, during, and after your stay to assist you with anything you may need.

Note: There is ongoing construction in the surrounding area. Some noise may occur Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
No smoking inside the condo. A $200 USD penalty will apply if this rule is violated. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace, and we kindly ask that doors remain closed when doing so.

No parties or events are allowed. This is a peaceful residential community, and we ask all guests to respect the tranquility of the surroundings.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing our neighbors.
