Room was very basic. Really hot and no air conditioning. The room had 2 fans but when I checked in the room had curtains open and window shut, so fans didn’t really help. The room was a little tired and lacked some basic amenities. I was looking for a bottle opener so went to reception who just said they didn’t have anything, not very helpful at all.

Very nice hotel good breakfast but would have liked some brown sauce,staff were very nice and friendly,had the thermal spa experience that was great,very nice roof terrace for a drink with lovely views to the lake,close to some shops and only 15 minutes walk into town has a great stay would book there again.
