The property was within walking distance to look around lymington , the accomadation was spotless and Andrea was so helpful and friendly and there was good parking facilities .

Andreanwas a great hist, met us on arrival and very thourough with everything The rooms and en-suite were immaculate in their cleanliness and style. Breakfast was left to us but everything we needed was there. Very professional host who could not have done more for our stay.

Almost perfect
Fabulous room and Fabulous breakfast. Try the poached eggs as they are always perfect. Hi tech entry system and all very easy. Only con was the hard bed. Clearly a high quality matress as we could both get in and out without thw whole bed moving, but just too firm for us. Others may of course love this support.
