“Location excellent as very near centre. Would have been good to know about the 6 flights of stairs in the property description. A number of minor issues which we notified straight away - to be fair we asked for nobody to fix them while we were there but I took photos on arrival so we wouldn't be accused of anything.”

“I chose this place based upon location and particularly the picture that shows a beautiful night view from the property. While our stay was comfortable and the photos of the rooms are accurate there was no view of anything from any of the rooms which amounts to false advertising. It was interesting to note that the properties website does not show the night scene photo or that of the cathedral so I have to wonder why the hotels.com show them?? I posted the photos of our room but good old……

“La réservation et les consignes sont claires et simples à appliquer, l'appartement est plutôt bien situé mais il faut quand mm le vélo pour aller au centre, il est dans un endroit calme mais le voisinage est bruyant et on entend tout ce qui se passe chez les voisins. il y a eu pas mal de bruit de meuble, de personne en soirée en plein milieu de la nuit mais heureusement ca n'a pas réveillé les enfants. Dans l'appartement, il y a tout le nécessaire (liquide vaisselle, éponge, torchon,...), c'est……

Great hotel and a great town.

"Exceeded our expectation. Didn’t regret choosing to live in the old town at Ghent. (Not very touristy. More authentic and chill experience in a Game of Throne like medieval town.) Night walk in the old town is a must. So the location is superb. The room is very beautiful. Staff is very warm and helpful. We had great chat with the young lad David. We can feel his enthusiasm and love to his home town. They also recommended great restaurants. We had one of the best meal in my ten years living in Europe. Will definitely visit and stay here again."
