Receptionists were very nice. The room is very clean and if you call them they are very helpful. Masjid al nabawi is right across the street.

I believe it was sofia (syrian hijabi)....she was the nicest person i met in my 2 days in medina. She was helpful with information and even gave me an extended check out. Breakfast was surprisingly v good too

Overall, my stay was pleasant. However, I was disappointed to find that when I booked the room, it mentioned free parking, but upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me there would be an additional charge of SAR 50 per night for parking.

Saif (bell man) was very good and helfpul. He provided us with good service from check in and took care of our bags when we had to check out. The hotel is close to the haram and the facilities (breakfast,room) were great. They upgraded us to a haram view room free of charge which was a nice touch, we will really consider staying here again and recommending to others.

I just came back from a 10 day stay at the Tulip Inn. Khaled Al Rashede, was at the front desk who welcomed me at my check in at 4am, once I arrived. He was very professional and very kind. You can tell that he knows customer service, because once he found out that i was staying there for 10 days he immediately made sure that my room had a Haram View. He also made sure within minutes that I was checked into my room. The staff are all good and welcoming, always trying to help and gove aboved and beyond to make your stay better. Just one thing I find can be improved is the food at the breakfast buffet. I can use a step up and have more variety. I do find that somethings are left over from the night befores dinner bufet. The beds are not the greatest but for a haram view its worth it!

Our stay was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay with a lot of variety and great taste. The distance to Haram was around 5-7 minutes walk so it was really convenient for us. We would definitely visit again.

Staff were very helpful. Reception staff were amazing, attentive and happy to accommodate all requests. Special mention goes to Ziyad Hassan, Manager for taking care to ensure our stay was exceptionally comfortable, and went out of his way to resolve some issues for us that were not even related to our stay! I forgot the staff name who worked on friday and checked us in, they were also excellent very helpful and approachable most of reception staff can speak very well English so that made communication very easy.

The haram view is superb, the day manager I think his name was zayd - gave services beyond expected. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and spacious - highly recommended. We shifted to another hotel near by and can find big difference in quality of services.
