Apartment very bright outside, both the living room and the master bedroom equipped with large windows, located in a quiet building in a neighborhood with very good communication to the broad Airport lounge has two sofa beds of 1,10m, modern decor provides the comfort of home. Satellite television has lots of variety of channels, pumps hot and cold air, internet etc ...

Integrated in the lounge, with a lovely bar that share an appetizer, kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, fully equipped !!

The apartment has a spacious lobby with large capacity wardrobes, bathroom with shower built with real good finishes.

The main, large and bright, Bedroom has a large closet where you can store all your belongings comfortably.

The house is really cozy, we have decorated with all our love to be like a little paradise where guests can relax and feel at home.

We are in the north of Madrid, in the famous Barrio del Pilar, famous for hosting the first shopping center to get to the capital of Spain, the commercial center of the trough a few meters away. Well known for its festivals and the outgoing and friendly nature of the people living in it.

The apartment is located very close to two of the best hospitals in the country, the Hospital de la Paz and Ramon y Cajal Hospital, if you need proximity to them, is a great choice.

Underground communication is very good, communicates directly with a major interchanges of the city and reach the center of Madrid in 20 min.

Countless companies are based in this neighborhood for business issues, this apartment is perfect for its proximity to the North knot.
