“I was really happy with my time there. The place is welcoming while also giving you privacy. It's minutes from Lake Junaluska and Waynesville if you want variety, but also gives you plenty of space if you want to stay in. Kitchen is easy to navigate. All the floors are tile, so I recommend packing socks or slippers if your feet are prone to getting chilly. (And if you forget to pack entertainment, there's bookshelves everywhere!)”

“The unit was great! Had everything we needed, thoughtfully labeled, for ease in locating. Ample parking for our pickup/trailer, though you have to be creative with loading/unloading. This location is central to so much. The Great Smokey Mountains Railroad was right in town, which was a nice suprise! The town is adorable with shopping and several restaurants options. “If I had to think of a negative. The bathroom door flies open when someone walks up the stairs of walks next to it...maybe not square of just doesn't latch even when locked. Also, it would be nice to have the light in the bathroom and the fan on different switches because the fan is really loud and it made you not want to use the light at night to not disturb others. Also, the gravel road down was hard to travel...cars spun leaving trying to climb. No gas for the grill. WIFI was spotty sometimes...
