“The lady who owns the motel is so so nice and inviting! There were vacant rooms during our stay, so she let my husband and I upgrade to a room with one king size bed vs 2 queen beds. Every time we saw her she asked if she could do anything for us. They also have their dog at the property (they live on site) and she’s the sweetest, friendliest dog ever!!! The rooms were also very, very nice and cozy. Would highly recommend!”

“This is a wonderful choice. Close enough to I 40 but secluded. Even though we arrived late due to work, Denise came out to say hello and give us a quick tour. It was just cool enough that after a quick hot tub soak, we used the wood stove to get cozy. We would go again and it was perfect for the 1 night reprieve that we planned.”

“If you looked up “cozy” in the dictionary, you’d see a picture of this cabin. It’s perfect for one or two people looking to run away from the world for a couple of days. What you miss in the amenities of a hotel, you make up for in privacy and natural beauty. There are cabins on either side of you but your front yard and back yard are wooded mountainsides. We were there in July while the trees were green and I bet it’s even more beautiful in the fall. The cabin was spotless and well-maintained....

“This cabin is very cozy and is in a nice, friendly neighborhood. The check-in process was great and the cabin is dog-friendly. However, the cabin was very dirty and needs some serious cleaning. "The worst costumer service in all my life. The lady at the front desk was unpolite, disrespectful, not helpful at all. We asked for the hot tub because it was the reason I rented the room and when I realized it was dirty and also it was in other property called “quality inn” I went to the front desk and I asked why she did not tell us the hot tub was not working and also dirty and that I would like to find a solution. She reacted in a terrible way saying that I could do whatever I wanted and I had not to think in any compensation or anything like that. I could not belive she was talking in that bad way, so I asked again to find a way and she was reacting worst saying that she was not able to talk with me and even with expedia, after that, she just started talking with the next guest on the line letting me talk by myself. I called expedia, and they got in contact with her and when expedia replaid back to me, they said they could not find any solution because the girl was also disrespectful with them and that she had talked with her manager and that the manager of her Let her be in that way and also not having any consideration, not just for the behavior of her also for the wrong information of the amenities that are not working or in this case that they do not have."
