"If I could give 100 of 100 I would. We have been impressed with this home since I found it. From the speedy communication to the wow factor we got when we drove into drive way. Beautiful yard, well kept, wood pile for fire pit, clean gas grill on back porch, then entry to home is as instructed with ease!!! If you want a clean, comfortable, well stocked home this is it!! The front porch is amazing with hot tub and the creek beside home is clean and kept up so it is ease to see and walk in. ...

"A planned weekend away from the hustle and bussle of work life. We hiked on part of the Appalachian Trail, to experience Wayah Bald, Wesser Fire Tower and saw many waterfalls. Franklin is one of our favorite places to visit. The locals are extremely nice. There is so much to see and do. We are actually looking forward to becoming transplants to Franklin one day in the future. "

"This property is even more beautiful than expected. It is spacious and comfortable. The views are gorgeous! Would definitely stay here again. The hosts were gracious and very helpful. My husband and I have stayed in this area a few times over the last few years, and this was, by far, the best experience. This is a great area with fantastic hiking and friendly people. Can't wait until our next visit."

"We came to celebrate my brother's 50th birthday with his wife and dogs, our parents, and my husband and son. The house was perfect for our needs! We had plenty of space and the dining table was wonderful for family dinners. The creek was fun to hang out around with the fireplace and my son and I played in the water!"

"The cabin was clean and covered the basics. The bed was not very comfortable and the AC unit did not cool the entire house well. The bathroom in particular stayed very hot. It was okay for a quick and cheap stay, but I wouldn’t want to stay more than a couple nights. We did enjoy the hot tub and appreciated good communication from the office when needed. "

"We had a very nice stay. House is so adorable and cozy. Only complaint I have but not a deal breaker. House was right up from the highway. We’re just not use to living in town or anywhere where there’s heavy traffic so the noise bothered me. "We came to Bryson to see old friends. Cabin was a great place to stay and very close to town. Very clean and roomy for two adult couples. As has been posted by others, the hot tub did not work and we did not find out until the day before traveling. Glad it wasn't a big factor in our decision to stay here but it was a disappointment. Also - there were no written directions for anything in the cabin for using things like the fireplace, the game table upstairs, electronics, etc. And no...

"Beautiful home with a gorgeous view. The only negative we have to say is the driveway...once you are used to it, its not bad but the initial drive up was very hard even with 4wd. Other than that the house was very clean, well stocked with toiletries & plenty of room for everyone!"

"The cabin was immaculate and cozy. It was nice to sit on the porch with our coffee and listen to the rain on the roof. It rained the entire time we were there, but it was so peaceful we didn't care. Our only complaint — and it's a small one — the lighting isn't great. We couldn't read in bed because there are no bedside lamps. Other than that, we loved it there and would go back."
