Breakfast was far better than expected, and the place is super clean, cozy and give a feeling of a family home, not a hotel. It is close to restaurants, places to visit, the penguins in Boulder beach, and more. I'm very glad I picked this place to stay in Cape Town. Couldn't give it the 10 stars I wanted."

"Allen and the other staff were great! It is a 1880 Mansion with 8 guest rooms and impeccably restored/maintained filled with antiques, just very relaxing. I would highly recommend for its charm, location and staff. Satori Restaurant 5-10min walk down street is Amazing food and service (ask for Shantell). Highly recommend!"

"Great place, great location, great hosts. Very elegant townhouse which is just minutes walk away from lovely cafes/restaurants/local harbour and tidal pools options. The holiday village is quiet and beautifully presented and safe+contained environment with small kids. Added bonus to have a spa and communal swimming pool on your doorstep. Owners were very responsive and very friendly and helpful, with an easy checkin process and very tidy and beautifully presented house, with everything you need including full kitchen appliances and crockery etc. We stayed with two small kids under 2 and the hosts were very accommodating. "
