“Huge studio apartment. Clean. Renovated. Nice set up. Many Peacocks roaming the property. (Over 15). ”

“The location was a bit out of the way but we knew that when it was booked. We were not prepared for all of the homeless encampments that line the coast but that did not interfere with our stay. Enjoyed the apartment and the facilities. ”

“This was an amazing place! It was just the right size for a studio. Had the perfect little balcony and everything you could think of. Host was very friendly. Parking was a little bit difficult if you were there on a weekend and left on a weekend. Had to use the visitors parking and walk a distance. Could use a new TV, it was going out and turn up the water heater. Some people still like hot showers in Hawaii. :-) Definitely five out of five! Would love to stay here again!”

“ Place was extremely dirty. Layers of dirt, dust and bugs. No WiFi or service available inside. The washer and dryer promised were not available for use. Host was very slow/not responsive. No central AC. Front door lock does not work. Low privacy bc of open glass door with no curtains. Very little amenities provide; few dirty towels. Only pro is location on north shore. For the price at minimum place should be clean. ”

“This studio is simple, elegant and immaculate. Everything you could want in a studio is there plus more. I guess I hadn’t looked closely at the pictures when I booked - I arrived at night and when I woke in the morning the view was majestic. We arrived during a gale force storm so there were waterfalls everywhere coming down from the mountains. The pool was great. I’d stay there again in a heart beat. ”

“Owners should install a digital code lock for the gate. We didn't arrive to the rental till evening and they had a tiny lock on the very bottom of the gate in which you could not see the numbers very well. It was a pain to go in and then come out to go somewhere. The rental unit itself is very cozy and nice. It's just the entering of the property is very difficult if you get there when the sun is down. Other than that everything else is great ”

“Overall, the stay was positive and we enjoyed our time there. The space is small but very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are adequate for what we needed. The location itself is wonderful, located close to the beach and some places we needed to get to during our stay. I would definitely recommend this location, and would stay there again, however a few things could have been better. When we were there, the weather was very hot and humid. The AC in the main area barely cooled the space,……
