“Overall, the stay was positive and we enjoyed our time there. The space is small but very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are adequate for what we needed. The location itself is wonderful, located close to the beach and some places we needed to get to during our stay. I would definitely recommend this location, and would stay there again, however a few things could have been better. When we were there, the weather was very hot and humid. The AC in the main area barely cooled the space,……

“Clean, well renovated, great views, good parking. I would stay here again outside of the construction months. Listing was a little confusing on construction noise. It stated construction would start in February but there was massive noise in January. Usually wouldn't mind but troubling for a 7 month old baby. ”

“This place is beautiful, clean with an amazing panoramic view!! It felt like a second home. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, appliances etc A beautiful rainbow appeared right in front of the balcony. Loved it!! I would stay here again. ”

“The host was the best part, so kind and patient. The location was nice, however, close to a traffic light that had long stops. The water clogged, but it’s an older building so it was understandable. Everything else is good it was a comfortable stay.”

“I regret booking this apartment. It is not located on the beach as advertised, and it’s much farther from Waikiki Beach than expected, a 30-40 minute walk. The closest beach is near the Hilton hotel, a 15-minute walk away, but the bottom is rocky. The room itself is very small, and the building feels outdated. The elevator is slow and sometimes stops working when it’s windy (we had to walk down from the 37th floor). The toiletries were almost empty, we occasionally saw cockroaches in the sink,……

“We stayed for 6 nights and the area and closeness to everything was terrific. The condo is a little tired, needing new blinds in both bedroom and lounge areas. Some fins missing from the bedroom verticals made mornings very early! The view however was as promised-amazing. ”

“My family had a lovely time staying here for 12 nights. Room was clean, double beds were comfortable, and balcony had great views of the city and the ocean. Location was perfect too as it’s close to the mall and Ala Moana beach is walking distance away. Parking was very convenient as well. Communication with the host was great. Not having a towel service wasn’t an issue for us, but something to keep in mind if frequent towel change is important to you. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The location would be 5 stars. However, the room was small and the furniture was outdated. The kitchenette was adequate for making coffee and using microwave. The view was very nice and only a 6-7 minute walk to the beach. There was a dead roach on bathroom floor when we arrived and the mattress was not comfortable. If the room was updated and had a new mattress, it would have been 5 stars. The free parking was a perk as parking in the city is very expensive. Overall, for the money, it wasn't a……
