"Good location, excellent service, good to walk around"

"The Hotel is very nice and comfortable, it is relatively close to the airport. The island is beautiful, simply spectacular. One of the most beautiful beaches I have been to. Regarding the food, I give it a 5/5, delicious. We paid for all inclusive and every day there was something new on the menu. We were there in November and the weather was spectacular, simply perfect. What I didn't like was the customer service of certain employees, for example we would arrive at a bar and it was like they ignored us. “they don't really greet you.” You ask them for a drink and they take a lot of time preparing it. Like I said only certain employees, the rest are extremely nice and friendly and kind. This place is very quiet so there isn't really night life although there are bands playing at night, but this is not the place to party. This is the perfect place to relax. As a recommendation, they shouldn't put plastic plants, it damages the decoration, it would be better without it."

"Stay in Kandimes is a dream I visited for my bday in June from day one until the last day I felt like I was at home, everything is incredible, the staff, the food, the organization with the airport the boat, a guy waiting for us , the made a nice decorations for my day!! "En general el hotel es muy agradable. Tiene fácil acceso desde el aeropuerto. Son muy organizados. Solo destacó que no hay personal alguno que hable español , eso determina que si o si el huésped deba hablar inglés fluido. Destacó la amabilidad de Anastasia, Eka y Razia que fueron muy amables con dos huéspedes de la otra parte del mundo. También agregaría que el hotel es muy tranquilo pero le falta más entretenimiento. Por la tarde cuando cae el sol y por la noche no hay mucho por hacer. Si son varios días de hospedaje uno se aburre. El desayuno muy bueno y la atención de los empleados también. "
