He went out of his way to make you feel welcome. The villa is on top of a mountain and was very quiet. The small village not far from the villa had lots of culture. "Beautiful property with incredible views. Quiet community between Heraklion and Rethymo was close to the airport but away from the crowds. Our only issue was finding the house and having staff available to answer questions. The drive has steep slopes so having an SUV was helpful. "
