"Decent place to stay. Just a few things that should be addressed though. 1- Need more forks in the silverware drawer. There’s only one. 2 - The washer only has hot water coming out of it no matter what temperature setting is used on the washer. The drain needs to be secured better so it doesn’t end draining all over the floor in the basement. 3 - Some of the lamps need light bulbs and no spare bulbs in the house. The front porch light doesn’t work. Overall our stay was nice and enjoyable....

"Myself and 3 old friends stayed for weekend's getaway. Place is right next to pine creek and stocked with plenty of trout. Gamelands and state forest all around. Was a great trip and good place to stay for outdoor recreation."

"I cant say enough good things about my experience with staying at the Lake View Lodge. I dealt with Christopher the property manager throughout the whole booking process/stay and he was nothing short of amazing. Chris answered every question i had leading up to our stay. He helped and fixed the only two minor issues we had throughout the weekend. During the first night of our stay the hottub stopped working and there was an issue with the speakers in the theater room. Chris had a handyman there...

"The house was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and we had what we needed for a two-night stay with a teen and dog. There's a back door that's convenient for taking the dog in and out (the little conveniences mean a lot when traveling with a pet!). Its location is also really convenient to head to Wegmans for supplies as well as to Market St. and the museums. We'd recommend it and would definitely stay there again!"

"We were a group of friends/family mostly from Florida, who came to Corning for the Wineglass half marathon. We had a fantastic weekend and the house was great for our stay. The location was perfect. One suggestion would be to add a few more chairs in the kitchen. We highly recommend this house for future Wineglass participants."

"This little apartment is incredibly cozy and clean. Its walkable to several bars, a coffee shop, and a convenience store. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and safe. I recommend this spot for abyone looking for a stay in Elmira."

"Centrally located in Corning. We relocated to the area for work and needed a temporary arrangement until our home was available. This served the purpose perfectly for 2 adults. The bathroom is very small and might be difficult for more than 2 people to navigate. Also the laundry is inside the second bedroom which is not show in the advertisements. Otherwise well appointed and responsive host. I would stay here again if I needed a place in Corning."

"The property was comfortable, clean, and well kept. It felt like being home. The beds were comfortable, and there was adequate space for the 4 of us. The grocery, pharmacy, etc. were all within a 10-minute drive. The only thing that didn't work out for us was the 10am checkout. We felt a little rushed. Overall, it was a great stay. "

"This was the second time staying here. The location is perfect, right next to Rails to Trails and Wellsboro. The weather didn’t cooperate so we spent time relaxing."
