"Overall, staff and facilities is one of the greatest, friendly and professional staff members. The property is fairly new less than one Year old. That being said, my understanding from the operation team, propery will have more amenities services within couple of of month during the local leisure and corporate travel season. I would strongly recommend this property for corporate conference meetings, wedding and international leisure market travelers. Guests would enjoy the Amazing, peaceful and stunning blue ocean view and friendly staff team. I would give their staff 100 score. "

"Everything is OUTSTANDING! from reception to house keeping to restaurant to pools etc! Staff are extremely helpful and wanting to do everything to make you happy and comfortable. Hotel is not on the beach front, however they provide a golf cart (ready on request) that is ready to pick and drop you whenever you want... works nicely! Furniture and food quality are outstanding too. In summary, I haven't stayed in any hotel in Egypt that wow'ed me more than The Address Marassi"

"Hotel under construction; dusty, dirty, disgusting. Nobody speaks english nor foreign language. Very unprofessionals at the counter, couldn’t find my paid reservation for more than 20 minutes. Never again to that place."
