Beautiful Villa with a great host

This villa was stunning and made our holiday perfect, it is only 30 minutes from the Medina. The pool is the highlight of the Villa and was enjoyed by me and my friends. The villa is in a gated community with security 24/7 so you will feel very safe. The host is excellent and very responsive and helped me sort out cheap taxis during my stay there. If you are looking for a villa to stay in during time in Marrakech do not hesitate to book here. I cannot praise this villa enough!

Excellent séjour passé dans la villa d’Abdelkrim à 20 min de Marrakech et dans un complexe très sécurisé. La villa ne manquait de rien. Tout était présent : propreté, équipement. Les enfants ont également adoré. Merci également a Abdelkrim pour sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité tout au long du séjour et aussi à Atika qui nous a préparé de magnifique repas. Les vacances parfaites pour du repos. Je reviendrai sûrement. 10/10.

à fuir

des cafards ont été retrouvés durant le séjour, une coupure d'électricité et d'eau a eu lieu, je contacte à chaque fois le propriétaire, qui me répond à chaque fois qu'il ne peut rien faire. à la fin du séjour, le propriétaire me fait des remarques comme quoi je l'ai trop dérangé pour mes "problèmes" dont il ne peut rien faire. de plus, la villa est loin de Marrakech, comptez 30 mins au moins pour le centre de Marrakech

Belle villa, fonctionnelle

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette belle villa. La piscine était propre, et la maison également. Le seul hic serait la distance avec la place Jemaa El fna ou gueliz où il faut compter 30 min en voiture. Nous avons eu une dame qui nous préparait le petit déjeuner tous les matins. Et l’hôte était disponible pour répondre à nos interrogations. Tous les éléments sont réunis pour passer un séjour reposant sans vis à vis.

heerlijk verblijf

Een fantastische ervaring met het huis met privacy zwembad! Netjes en schoon met een prachtige indeling en veel licht. De eigenaar, Karim, is vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Hoog privacyniveau, behalve mogelijk dat buren links vanuit hun dak op de zwembad kunnen inkijken. Je kan gebruik maken van de huidhoudster Attika voor een goede prijs. Ze biedt geweldige service voor ontbijt en lunch. Keuken is goed uitgerust, inclusief vaatwasser en koffiezetapparaat. Airco in elke kamer, maar niet nodig gehad. Tv met IPTV en Netflix beschikbaar, hoewel we er weinig gebruik van maakten. Gelegen in veilige compound met hotel, waar ook opties voor eten en spa zijn. Auto is nodig voor locatie, veilig parkeren bij ingang. Kraanwater is zoutig. Kortom, een aanrader voor een heerlijk verblijf van 5 dagen!

Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in het mooie, ruime huis. Het huis ligt in een rustig park met andere huizen en een hotel. Hier en daar zijn kleine updates mogelijk, bijvoorbeeld de keuken. De vriendelijke eigenaar hield via WhatsApp contact met ons.

Une belle et spacieuse villa, situé à moins de 30 du centre de marrakech, louer une voiture est pour nous indispensable. Une superbe expérience dans la villa d’Abdelkrim. La villa est très bien agencé et super agréable. La gouvernante Mme Atika a été aux petits soins avec nous et nos bambins. Elle l’a bcp contribué à la réussite de ce séjour. Je recommande fortement!

Magnifique villa sans vis à vis encore mieux que sur les photos ! Coin paisible et très calme. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour avec mon mari et nos deux enfants. Atika la gouvernante est vraiment très très gentille, elle a su très bien s’occuper de nous et sa cuisine est très bonne. Karim est un hôte très présent qui a su répondre à tout nos besoins. Nous vous recommandons la villa les yeux fermés

Villa juste exceptionnelle, grande, propre, avec piscine, parfaite pour passer de superbe vacance. Résidence surveiller avec place de parking, très calme et à seulement 15km de Marrakech. Un grand Merci à Karim pour son accueil et à Atika la gouvernante pour ses petits déjeuners. Le plus dure pour nous a été de quitter les lieux. Rendez-vous l’année prochaine!!!

Superbe villa bien équipé, nous avons passé une agréable semaine à Marrakech, Ahtika est adorable et au petit soins. Le personnel a l’entré du complexe était très sympathique. Si vous souhaitez passé une semaine à Marrakech et profiter du soleil avec une piscine c’est l’endroit idéal. De plus le propriétaire était très à l’ecoute et joignable à tout moment. Merci beaucoup pour cette agréable accueil et cette semaine magique.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Verglichen mit anderen Ferienhäuser z.B in Essaouira war ich enttäuscht von der Qualität. Die Villa entsprach zwar der Beschreibung, allerdings war die gesamte Möbelierung minimalistisch. Bettbezüge waren sehr "einfach", zusätzliche Kissen waren in den "einfachen" Schränken verfügbar allerdings ohne Bezüge. Ein Hand- und Badetuch pro Zimmer. Ein Waschbecken war total verstopft. Im grossen und ganzen alles OK aber eben nicht von hoher Qualität.
