Having frequented various establishments, my stay at your hotel truly stood out in every regard. First and foremost, I must commend the exemplary level of service provided by your staff. From the moment of my arrival until the day of my departure, I was consistently impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness exhibited by the entire team. The dedication to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay was evident in every interaction, making my time at Magic Hotel Manar truly memorable. The accommodations at Magic Hotel Manar surpassed my expectations. The meticulous attention to detail in the room's design, cleanliness, and amenities was truly remarkable. Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in Arabic under his breath. Not nice considered there are people out there with medical issues and no one should have to face that sort of treatment. The beach was lovely, very clean and sandy clear waters. Overall a great stay minus the few encounters of rude staff
