Inside is quite lovely. Just a short walk to all public transportation. Our whole side of the hotel had no air conditioning and it was hot. It wasn’t until the last day that they gave us a fan. The restaurant dinners were excellent! You must have the goulash. The housekeeping was done every day and the staff were so helpful and polite.

Great location, lovely spacious rooms. But no access to reception staff at weekends .

We had a false fire alarm in the middle of the night! We got the Junior Suite with free access to the spa, but the reception staff told us we had to pay for it. She was not well informed. It was not until another staff member told us the next day that we did have free access to the spa. The hotel compensated us for the false fire alarm by telling us at check-out that no charges would be taken for the items in the bar. There was no point, as we didn't take anything and we were only told at check-out. They could have told us before check-out if they really intended to compensate us.

Very nice hotel with garden like setting and terrace. Comfortable spacious room near the beautiful City Park and Heroes Square. Great breakfast buffet. We had several dinners too. Food is excellent!
