With a surface area of 115 m², this characterful home with thick stone walls stays naturally cool in summer. It is spread over two levels:
Ground floor: a cozy living room with fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings, and a dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, coffee maker, etc.).
Upstairs: a master bedroom with a double bed, a children’s bedroom sleeping up to 4 (single or bunk beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The house is heated with a heat pump system, ensuring comfort all year round. Outside, enjoy a south-facing enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, ideal for al fresco dining, reading, or napping in the shade.
During the summer months, a shared swimming pool is available (open from early June to mid-September), perfect for cooling off after a day of exploration.
