Overall everything was great. I just think there area could use some more outdoor lighting when people are walking back to the hotel at night

I like being able to check out later however it was voided by the locks being changed on my floor the day I was checking out. Kinda messed up my “ alone time “ with my wife!😢 Overall it was a great place to stay! Thank you

A few minor issues… Self check-in didn’t work and the room wasn’t vacuumed or dusted properly. But, I always bring my own cleaning supplies anyway… Other than that everything else was perfect! I would definitely book again.

Great location and very nice staff. Caution, if you need onsite wifi this hotel has horrible signal strength in all areas pools rooms dining. Room soap dispensers are a disaster just avoid frustration and take them out of the holder to use. Basic rooms are small and have limited storage for clothes no place to hang wet clothes. They should put some hooks on the back of the washroom door. Rooftop pool nice but it is just a hot tub in the summer so avoid it and use the main pool for something more refreshing. Hotel use bikes are great hit. Beach chairs are offered but they don't have beach umbrellas so unable to enjoy the beach as a umbrella is a must have in the summer heat. One more warning the staff don't mention they have included a 20% tip on all your bills and then you have another option to add a tip! lol, so double tipping is common. Overall nice place.
